Green Superfoods
Moringa
Moringa, often called the “drumstick tree” or “miracle tree,” is a highly nutritious plant known for its many health benefits. Every part of the moringa tree — including the leaves, pods, seeds, and flowers — is rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Moringa leaves, in particular, are packed with vitamin C, vitamin A, calcium, potassium, and iron, making them a superfood that can boost energy, strengthen immunity, and improve overall health. The pods, commonly known as drumsticks, are often used in curries and soups in Indian cooking.
Moringa is popular for its medicinal properties, including its ability to reduce inflammation, lower blood sugar levels, and support heart health. The leaves can be eaten fresh, cooked, or dried and ground into powder for use in smoothies, teas, and health supplements. Moringa seeds are also valued for purifying water and for their high oil content. Regular consumption of moringa can lead to better digestion, stronger bones, and glowing skin. Storing moringa products in a cool, dry place helps retain their powerful nutrients

Hemp products
Hemp products are derived from the hemp plant, a variety of Cannabis sativa that is cultivated for its fibers, seeds, and oils. Unlike marijuana, hemp contains very low levels of THC (the psychoactive compound), making it non-intoxicating and safe for various uses. Hemp seeds are a rich source of plant-based protein, essential fatty acids (like omega-3 and omega-6), and important minerals such as magnesium and iron. They are commonly used in smoothies, salads, and baking, providing a nutritious boost to any meal. Hemp oil, extracted from the seeds, is known for its health benefits, including reducing inflammation and supporting heart health.
In addition to food products, hemp is also used in the manufacturing of eco-friendly clothing, paper, biodegradable plastics, and building materials. Hemp fibers are strong and durable, making them ideal for textiles and industrial applications. Hemp-based skincare products, such as oils and lotions, are valued for their moisturizing and anti-inflammatory properties, making them excellent for skin health. As the demand for sustainable products grows, hemp continues to be a versatile and eco-conscious choice for various industries, contributing to a greener future
